An output of tireless engineering of over a decade, this product is possibly one of the only single component ECC (engineered cementitious concrete) mix in the world. Following are the key features of Elephant Armor

- 500 times tensile strength capacity of other cement products;
- 10 times bond strength of other fibers for superior crack resistence;

- Delivers 28mPA strength in less than 4 hours;
- Supports heavy load movement within hours of application.

Due to its ability to micro-fracture and flex over moving surfaces,
Elephant Armor® reduces the potential for structural cracking.
Surfaces include: concrete, asphalt, steel, wood and EPS
structural foam.
- Typical Mortars are Polymer Based whereas Elephant Armor is Fiber based.
- Typical Mortars are non-bendable and Brittle, whereas Elephant Armor is bendable.
- A Typical mortal will fail a 6 feet drop test, Elephant Armor passes a 20 feet drop test.
- Surface cannot be used instantly with typical mortar, it needs curing time. Elephant Armor can open to traffic in less than an hour.
Elephant Armor performs exceptionally well in situations where the need is to attain high performance application, but the working time available is minimal. It performs best in situations where the return-to-service expectation of the infrastructure is less than a couple of hours. It has an amazing delivery of the compressive strength with little or almost no curing time. Whats more is that the fiber in the mix ensures that the flexibility of the mortar prevents the damage from reoccurring.
